Overview

Mental Health for Parenting collects the information needed to operate a subscription-based audio wellness platform, process payments, deliver personalized support, improve the service, enforce account protections, and communicate with members.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as email address, encrypted login credentials, subscription status, billing identifiers from payment partners, support messages, device or browser data, app interaction logs, playback activity, and other information you submit while using the platform.

How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure your account, provide access to licensed audio content, manage subscriptions and renewals, respond to support requests, analyze engagement, detect fraud or misuse, recover unpaid balances, communicate service updates, and protect our legal and business interests.

Payments and Service Providers

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe. We may share limited information with processors, hosting vendors, analytics providers, customer support tools, and professional advisors when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, or enforce the service.

Business Protection and Enforcement

We may use, preserve, and disclose relevant information to investigate suspected abuse, unauthorized sharing, reproduction, copying, scraping, or redistribution of audio content or platform materials, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, to suspend or cancel subscriptions, and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for account administration, subscription records, tax and accounting requirements, dispute resolution, security monitoring, legal compliance, and protection of our intellectual property and contractual rights.

Your Choices

You may request account access, correction, or deletion by contacting support, subject to lawful exceptions and our need to retain records for billing, compliance, enforcement, and dispute purposes. Closing an account does not eliminate obligations already incurred.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and restricting access to your devices.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised statement to the extent permitted by law.
