By creating an account, starting a subscription, accessing the app, or using any Mental Health for Parenting content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Statement.
The service provides access to subscription-based audio and related materials for personal wellness and educational use only. Subscriptions renew according to the plan you select unless canceled in accordance with the billing terms presented at checkout or in your account.
Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and listen to the audio content only for your own personal use inside the app or authorized platform interfaces. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not share your login, share access to subscription content, copy, record, download except where expressly allowed by us, replicate, publish, distribute, transmit, sell, sublicense, scrape, repost, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any audio, text, artwork, or platform content. Any use outside the limited license is unauthorized and outside the scope of your subscription.
If we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or exceeded the scope of your license, we may suspend or terminate access immediately, cancel your subscription, refuse refunds to the fullest extent permitted by law, and pursue any available contractual, equitable, or legal remedies, including litigation and recovery of damages, fees, and enforcement costs where permitted.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated. Except as required by applicable law or expressly offered by us in writing, payments are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future renewals or ends access at the end of the current paid period, depending on your plan settings.
The platform, audio programs, scripts, recordings, branding, graphics, page layouts, and all related content are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Mental Health for Parenting and its licensors.
Content is provided for general informational and wellness support purposes only and is not medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or crisis-care advice. The service is not a substitute for qualified professional care or emergency assistance.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
